DFV Connect

Find the DFV Connect information, training and resources you need.

DFV Connect is an online client and case management system owned and maintained by Legal Aid NSW. The system is used by Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Services (WDVCASs) and Family Advocacy and Support Service (FASS) social support workers to manage clients and cases.

DFV Connect is used to manage clients, including maintaining client information, processing referrals, record court advocacy and service provision, and coordinate Safety Action Meetings (SAMs). All support and services provided by WDVCAS and FASS staff can be recorded in DFV Connect to retain complete client histories and meet reporting requirements.
