How to access DFV Connect

Find out how to request and update your access to DFV Connect.

New user access

To request new user access, complete the below forms and send to wdvcap@legalaid.nsw.gov.au

All new users of DFV connect should also complete the below mandatory modules:  

Managers should also refer to the ‘managers’ section on this website (coming soon!) for additional requirements regarding new starters. 

Updating user access

To update or edit user access, WDVCAS managers should provide the ‘user access form’ to WDVCAP so that we can update the user’s profile in DFV Connect.
