There are numerous DFV Connect resources available to assist you with understanding its functions, how to process referrals and record client information.

Please note all new starters must complete the ‘Cybersecurity’ and ‘Privacy in practice’ eLearning modules to use DFV Connect. For more information, see User access.

We also encourage all workers to complete the ‘Foundations’ training modules to understand system and practice functions.
