User guides

The DFV Connect user guides detail system functionality and key features to guide staff through workflow and system processes.

Each user guide is tailored specifically for WDVCAS or FASS social support workers and contains step-by-step instructions on how to use DFV Connect in line with business rules. This includes information about DFV Connect such as system overview, terminology, record visibility and guidance on using DFV Connect.

The DFV Connect user guides are regularly maintained to ensure the information is up-to-date and reflects any changes to the system and/or business rules. It is recommended that you access the DFV Connect user guides from this website to ensure you are viewing the most recent version.

Quick reference guides

DFV Connect quick reference guides (QRGs) are aimed to provide you with instructions and information on using key features and processes within DFV Connect. You can use QRGs to assist using common functions in DFV Connect.

You may wish to save a QRG to your desktop or print copy so you can easily access tips on how to carry out specific processes in DFV Connect.
